Advantages:

As an ancient practice of breathing control, Pranayama connects body and mind, supplies oxygen to the body while removing toxins, and aims to provide physiological healing benefits. The anti-stress effects of pranayama include improving the quality of sleep, increasing mindfulness, and reducing high blood pressure.

Bhramari Pranayama helps generate up to 15% more nitric oxide from the vibrations of the “Aum” buzz. This, in turn, aids in early recovery and healing from Covid-19, relaxes the mind, reduces stress, improves focus, and alleviates anxiety.

Anulom Vilom Pranayama has a number of benefits like improving the immune system, improving your memory, improving respiratory and cardiovascular health, and regulating blood pressure. This yoga asana also improves sleep and helps de-stress.
