BABY HAS BACKREST !!! – Information on hunting and fishing in Montana

The hunt is hard. Bow hunting is more difficult. Hunting with a baby in a stroller is pretty darn hard! Some hunters would consider hunting with a 6 month old bishop, others would say that life doesn’t end when you become parents.

Lucas and Alishia Zemlicka are not your ordinary parents. They dedicate their lives to a healthy lifestyle, exercise and outdoor sports. It is said that a couple who hunt together stay together. Both cross fit trainers are fit, fun and full of energy. No mountain is too high, no valley too low, or no obstacle too difficult. Then came Payten. This beautiful little bundle of joy requires attention, support, and love. So let’s take her hunting!

Hunting brings out the best in a couple. As a parent, why would you not want to share what you love with them? Most hunters know that if you really want to test a relationship, take your wife or girlfriend out fishing or hunting. You will find out the compatibility very quickly.

If the rifle, rod, or recoil is right for them, this is what it is meant to be. This common ground is a link in this relationship. Oh, and the kid will be a hunter too!

So it’s archery season and we have a 6 month old baby girl. Now some hunters would say, “Looks like this season will be a wash. I have to take care of my wife and my new baby. Some mothers would thank you for your selfless sacrifice. Not Alishia! She says, take the stroller, let’s go hunting!

Now, if my wife had said that 40 years ago when my kids were in the mix, we should have used a cart, Hot Wheels, or a terrible, wobbly, 4-wheeled stroller with no cup holders. Baby gear has come a long way. Alishia has a lightweight and sophisticated 3-wheel roller stroller with cup holders and awning! God bless my wife, but the hunt, really? Parents today have no more excuses.

The hunting camp is even more difficult with a 6 month old hunting buddy. Being up half the night with a crying baby is difficult, being in a campsite is more difficult. Safety, health, warmth and love are all important. The hunting alarm goes off at 4.30am, you repeat, you lose.

Modern strollers are designed for off-roading. The 3-wheel concept offers a lot of mobility. Tie the baby and let’s storm the hills.

Each hunter took turns looking at Payten and calling out the elk. Lucas hit first with a big bull. Imagine bringing the bacon home while your wife walks a 6 month old baby behind you! OMG, is that cool?

So the bull is down, the momentum is quartered, and it’s time to get out. Alishia pushes the stroller and pulls out a quarter at the same time. Wonder Woman lives! Can we clone this woman? This is what I call a hunting buddy. So what I want to see is the bull that Alishia is tagging.

Grandparents don’t put life on hold until their kids get older, they go for fun! This baby has Backstraps!
